Product Description
Todays world is fast-paced and demanding. It is easy for the weight of mundane activities to snuff out the light within us. But though we share this earth with every other creature, we are the only ones who seem to be missing out on living happy, fulfilling lives. Mans best friend is a loving, open teacher with an open heart and loyalty second to none. He wakes with a wagging tail and no desire or ability to ignore others. He doesnt rush from one mindless act to another without stopping to smell the fire hydrants. If we are to quiet our souls, rediscover joy and wonder, we would do well to follow the canines examples.

When I go for daily walks with my adopted rescue dogs, my mind settles into a sacred place where thoughts become clearer, and my questions are answered through a sacred communion with Spirit. This is not a religious book, but rather one addressing an individuals need to make their ordinary life extraordinary through mindful thinking and prayer. Join me and see if some of my daily meditations resonate with you.
